Match Report: Dubstars make a winning start |

The first game of the season and the first ever under the Dubstars name was a glorious sunny day and the stage was set for greatness. But even for such accomplished athletes at this level, there were always gonna be cobwebs to blow away. But it turns out they were more like the kind of cobwebs you'd find in the Amazon rainforest than the everyday brush em out of the corner of the room kind!
A strong batting performance from the Dubstars saw Jah Cribbo notch up the first homer of the season and new-blood Pema batting them out of the park for fun. But when it came to fielding the Dubstars seemed determined to sabotage their lead. Comedy efforts all round brought the Buttheads to within a point of drawing but a heroic catch from Scratch Rogers broke Butthead hearts and the game went the way of Jamaica's finest. Even the lack of free chips at the Pembroke couldn't dampen spirits!
Final Score: Dubstars 22 Buttheads 21
